Job Summery:
The Coordinator, Community & Population Health supports the effective implementation of humanitarian response and community-based projects across the West Bank, Gaza, and Lebanon. The role focuses on project coordination, field follow-up, partner communication, documentation, reporting, and coordination with relevant PCRF departments to ensure projects are implemented according to approved plans, timelines, and organizational procedures.
Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Implementation
Coordinate and follow up on assigned projects from planning through completion, in accordance with approved work plans, timelines, and PCRF procedures.
Support the identification of field needs and preparation of project requests using approved Projects Department templates and processes.
Maintain regular coordination with implementing partners, field teams, suppliers, and relevant PCRF departments.
Conduct regular field and site visits to monitor implementation, verify progress, and support project activities.
Support the coordination of distributions, assessments, project handovers, openings, and other field activities.
Monitor implementation progress and quality, identify delays, challenges, and potential risks, and promptly escalate issues requiring action.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Administration, and other relevant departments to follow up on project requirements and ensure timely implementation.
Documentation, Data & Reporting
Ensure proper written and visual documentation of project activities, distributions, deliveries, and completed interventions.
Collect, verify, and maintain accurate project data, beneficiary records, supporting documents, photos, and implementation records.
Regularly update project information and implementation data in relevant organizational systems.
Support the preparation of narrative, progress, and final reports, as well as routine project updates, success stories, and beneficiary stories.
Ensure project files and supporting documentation are complete, accurate, properly organized, and archived throughout the project cycle.
Document relevant lessons learned and good practices to support future programming.
Perform other project-related duties as assigned by management.
متطلبات الوظيفة:University degree in administration, social sciences, or a related field.
3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, implementation, monitoring, and
reporting, preferably within local or international NGOs.
Proven experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including governmental institutions,
local organizations, and community-based entities.
Experience in humanitarian response, community-based programming, health, or medical
Support projects are preferred.
Good understanding of the Palestinian humanitarian and development context.
Experience in team coordination or supervision is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational, coordination, and project follow-up skills.
Strong professional communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Good English report-writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a demanding work environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to identify and escalate implementation challenges.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work respectfully with diverse communities and stakeholders.
Good understanding of project cycle management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
