Education For Employment – Palestine (EFE-Palestine) is a local non-profit organization dedicated to empowering Palestinian youth with the skills and opportunities needed to succeed in the labor market. Since its establishment in 2006, EFE-Palestine has delivered training programs in technical, linguistic, and employability skills, connecting young people with employment opportunities across key sectors, including technology, business, engineering, healthcare, education, and entrepreneurship.
EFE-Palestine is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented project coordinator to support the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of youth training and employment programs across the West Bank, Gaza, and East Jerusalem. The successful candidate will contribute to high-quality program delivery and help create meaningful pathways to employment for Palestinian youth.
Duties and Responsibilities
The project coordinator will support the planning, coordination, implementation, follow-up, and documentation of project and training activities, with a focus on ensuring smooth delivery, proper communication, and timely reporting.
The main duties and responsibilities include:
· Coordinate and follow up on project and training activities, mainly in the West Bank.
· Support the identification of training needs and preparation of training plans, schedules, and related documentation.
· Coordinate with trainers, trainees, partners, employers, and relevant stakeholders to support smooth implementation.
· Manage training logistics, including venues, materials, attendance records, and supporting documents.
· Conduct field visits and support the monitoring and evaluation of training activities.
· Collect feedback from trainers, trainees, employers, and partners, and support recommendations for improvement.
· Support project reporting, including progress updates, outcomes, challenges, lessons learned, and success stories.
· Support outreach and coordination with employer partners to facilitate job placement opportunities.
· Assist with training budgets, project expenses, procurement needs, and related documentation.
· Coordinate with relevant internal departments and team members as required.
· Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Development Studies, Education, Project Management, or any other relevant field.
· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with local or international organizations.
· Good understanding of project coordination, training implementation, and basic project budgeting.
· Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
· Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good reporting and documentation skills.
· Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and online applications.
· Detail-oriented, highly committed, able to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
