As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a talented Software Presales Engineer / Solutions Consultant to help bridge the gap between customer needs and innovative software solutions.

Position Summary

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business development activities, analyzing customer requirements, preparing technical and functional proposals, delivering product presentations, and participating in customer meetings and solution workshops.

This role offers a unique career path toward Product Management, Presales Leadership, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in customer meetings to understand business and operational requirements.
Conduct discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops.
Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable software solutions.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of FIS products, features, value propositions, and competitive advantages.
Prepare technical and functional proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and tender responses.
Support software tenders, RFPs, RFIs, and business opportunities.
Deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
Assist in preparing executive presentations and business cases.
Work closely with Business Development, Product, Project Management and Development Teams.
Participate in solution design, gap analysis and customer workshops.
Maintain a strong understanding of FIS software products and market trends.
Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to learn new business domains and software products quickly.
English Language Requirements

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
The successful candidate must be able to:

Conduct professional customer meetings in English.
Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations in English.
Prepare professional proposals and business documents in English.
Communicate confidently with international customers, partners, and vendors.
