Role Summary

Experienced IP Transport Expert specializing in the design, planning, and operation of telecom transport networks, including IP/MPLS, Segment Routing, Metro Ethernet, and mobile backhaul for 3G/4G/5G networks. Skilled in end-to-end IP integration, QoS, synchronization technologies, and telecom-grade network reliability. Strong expertise in routing protocols, traffic engineering, and leading complex infrastructure projects and network optimization initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities
Mobile Transport network Planning & Operations (e.g. Backbone Fiber/ Metro / Backhaul Microwave)
Operate core transmission network (e.g., Metro Ethernet, IP/MPLS, SR, IGP)
Design IP network (e.g. IP Core, IP backhaul, QoS, etc…)
Provide solution proposal, policy and implementation standard for the IP/MPLS, Segment routing based on transport network and Traffic Engineering.
IP Network integration between Core, aggregation, and Access network.
End to End IP design in coordination with RAN and Core connectivity.
Synchronization design (Frequency, Phase and Time) and verification on Transport Network.
DCN network design and Implementation.
Maintain updated diagrams for the Backhaul and Backbone networks of relevance.
Ensure alignment with international best practices and telecom-grade reliability (99.999% availability). Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects.
Prepare High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), Method of Procedures (MoP), and Acceptance documents. Drive continuous network performance assessment and improvement initiatives.
Provide specialized consultation and leadership in cross-functional technical discussions.
Managing, planning and documenting IP Addressing / Network Topologies.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Work Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Telecommunications/Networking/Computer Engineering.
Minimal 10 years work experience in IP Transport Planning / operations experience, specifically for IP RAN experience is required.
 Solid experience of End to End IP network design for Mobile Networks (Operator/Vendor).
Expertise in QoS design for 3G/4G/5G transmission networks.
Expertise in Mobile Network Synchronizations (PTP(1588v2),NTP,SyncE) in transport network.
Hold a CCIE Certification or equivalents is a plus.
Strong hands-on experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, IP/MPLS,EVPN,SR, RSVP-TE) and related technologies.
Excellent command of English or Arabic written and verbal.
