الوصف الوظيفي:
1. Pre-Sales Stage
1.1 Project Analysis
Review project documents (Drawings, Specifications, BOQ)

Ensure completeness of information and identify missing details

Perform Quantity Take-Off (QTO)

Define project technical requirements

1.2 Solution Development
Develop integrated lighting solutions (Technical & Commercial)

Select products based on:

Lux Levels

CRI

UGR

IP Rating

Propose Value Engineering and alternative solutions

1.3 Lighting Design Support
Support lighting design team

Provide:

IES Files

Datasheets

Product technical details

Coordinate with lighting designer to initiate and complete DIALux design

1.4 Proposal Preparation
Prepare Technical Proposals

Prepare Commercial Proposals

Ensure professional presentation of submissions

2. Submission & Coordination Stage
2.1 Technical Documentation
Prepare and submit:

Datasheets

Installation Instructions

Technical Submittals

2.2 Coordination
Coordinate with:

Clients

Sales Team

Suppliers

Handle technical queries and clarifications

2.3 Meetings & Presentations
Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders

Provide technical support during discussions and presentations

3. Negotiation & Award Stage
Follow up with client during negotiation phase

Revise proposals as required

Support project award process

4. After-Sales Stage
Provide installation support

Offer operation and maintenance guidance

Troubleshoot technical issues when required

5. Internal Support & Development
5.1 Team Support
Provide technical consultations

Offer ad-hoc support to team members

5.2 Technical Content Development
Prepare datasheets for unavailable products

Develop internal technical materials

5.3 Company Documentation
Prepare and update:

Company Profile

Prequalification Documents
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field.

Very good level of English (spoken and written).

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Good proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferably based in Salfit or nearby areas.

Experience in the lighting field is required/preferred.
