SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an international humanitarian NGO which, for more than 40 years, has been providing assistance to populations affected by armed conflicts and natural disasters by meeting their vital needs for food, water and shelter. Particularly involved in the fight against diseases linked to unsafe water, the first cause of death in the world, SI's interventions provide expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation and hygiene promotion, but also in the essential area of food security and livelihoods. Present in around twenty countries, SI's teams - 2000 people in total made up of expatriates, national staff, permanent staff at headquarters, and a few volunteers - work with professionalism and commitment while respecting cultures.
Solidarités International (SI) is determined to prevent and fight all type of abuse – all act of exploitation, abuse and/or sexual harassment (SEAH) against members of beneficiary communities or collaborators, fraud, corruption, violation of persons and/or property, funding of activities harmful to human rights – that could be perpetrated in the frame of its interventions. SI implements a zero-tolerance policy regarding acts of SEAH.

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Supervisor supports the department in all human resources management tasks, in accordance with legal procedures, donor requirements, and Solidarités International policies.
SOCIO-ECONOMIC MONITORING
Monitor and report changes in the cost of living.
HR COMMUNICATION & LEGAL FRAMEWORK
Support relations with local authorities (labor inspectorate, social security).
Assist in communicating HR policies, memos, and internal regulations.
Contribute to the dissemination of HR tools and updates.
HR DATA & REPORTING
Update organizational charts and HR databases.
Compile, verify, and analyze HR data (reports and dashboards).
Support HR documentation preparation for audits.
HR POLICIES & WORK ORGANIZATION
Monitor social climate and report risks.
Support social dialogue and implementation of HRIS policies.
RECRUITMENT & CAREER MANAGEMENT
Support recruitment processes and administrative follow-up.
Participate in onboarding and staff integration activities.
HR ADMINISTRATION
Maintain and update personnel records and HR systems.
Process payroll inputs and support salary, tax, and social security declarations.
Prepare contracts, amendments, and termination documents.
Ensure proper filing, archiving, and confidentiality of HR data.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
Assess staffing needs and support recruitment.
Supervise, train, and evaluate team members.
Ensure effective communication within the team.
COMPLIANCE & INTERNAL CONTROL
Ensure accuracy and compliance of HR documents and processes.
Follow internal procedures for filing and archiving.
PARTNERSHIPS
Contribute to partner verification, support, and compliance monitoring.
SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT & ETHICS
Promote a respectful and safe workplace.
Support the implementation of ethical standards and abuse prevention measures.
Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
متطلبات الوظيفة: Studies: Bachelor or equivalent, in Human Ressources
Experience: 2 years' experience in the sector, experience in NGO is an asset.
Languages: English professional working
Skills:
High proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
Knowledge of Homere is an assest
High skills in recruitment management
Understanding and Knowledge of the labor law
High organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong adherence to procedures and rules.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
