Field Coordinator (3 Vacancies)

Position Duration: 11 months
Duty Station: Field based (assigned governorate cluster / Center, North & South of WB)
Reports To: Program Coordinator

Global Communities is seeking Field Coordinators to oversee the implementation of Food Security Program activities within assigned governorate clusters. They will supervise field teams, coordinate with local stakeholders, monitor beneficiary engagement, and ensure proper implementation of program interventions including CBT and other program components.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee program implementation within assigned governorate clusters.
Supervise daily workers and field-based staff supporting program activities.
Manage beneficiary verification processes and follow-up activities.
Support implementation of Cash-Based Transfer (CBT) activities.
Follow up with beneficiaries who have not redeemed voucher values and ensure proper utilization of assistance.
Monitor voucher shops and vendors to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
If applicable, support the implementation of General Food Distribution (GFD) activities within assigned clusters.
Maintain communication with municipalities, community-based organizations (CBOs), and local stakeholders.
Monitor program activities and provide regular reports on beneficiaries reached and implementation progress.
Identify operational challenges and propose solutions to program management.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, social sciences, development studies, or any other related field, with Five Years of relevant experience.
Proficiency with computer applications like word processing and spreadsheets is necessary.
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills are essential. The ability to work independently, manage conflicting priorities, and build relationships within communities is also important.
Experience in NGO or humanitarian environment (preferred)
Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic;
