The Role
TEAM PURPOSE:
To arrange and maintain the financial and administration aspects of the office in such a way that the financial planning & budgeting, accounting, support and administrative services for the running of the office are efficient and effective according to the set standards and procedures.
JOB PURPOSE:
Provide administrative and finance support to the country office.

In addition:
BA in Accounting or any relevant field.
+2 years’ experience in a similar position in an INGO/NGO
Technically competent in administration.
Computer literate, including word processing, database / spreadsheet use
Ability to prioritize own workload, to work independently and to work to deadlines.
Good communication and listening skills.
Continually seeks out most efficient use of resources.
Ability to communicate instructions effectively
Enthusiastic and committed to Oxfam’s goals
Willing & able to offer support to other departments
Able to organize own work with minimum supervision.
Good time-management skills.
Written & oral Arabic, English essential.
