Established in 2013, PCS is a leading industrial automation company and an official Siemens Solution Partner, delivering PLC, SCADA, and panel solutions across water, wastewater, and process industries.
We're looking for an Automation Engineer to join our team in Nablus. Real Siemens projects, real on-site work, and the kind of responsibility that makes you grow fast.

Open to junior and mid-level engineers. Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechatronics. Full-time, on-site in Nablus. Valid manual driving license required.
What you'll do

• Develop PLC programs in Siemens TIA Portal (S7-1200, S7-1500, ET 200SP).
• Design and configure SCADA / HMI applications using WinCC and WinCC Unified.
• Prepare and review electrical schematics for control panels, MCCs, and MDBs.
• Assemble power and control panels.
• Select, size, and commission field instrumentation (flowmeters, level, pressure).
• Configure industrial networks (Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP, OPC UA).
• Conduct FAT, SAT, and on-site commissioning across project sites.
• Prepare technical documentation: functional specs, I/O lists, loop diagrams, O&M manuals.
• Plan, develop, test and improve applications with vibe coding.
• Deliver on-site and remote support and client training.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Genuine passion for industrial automation.
• Ability to read and produce electrical drawings.
• Solid grasp of PLC and SCADA concepts; Siemens experience is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with field instrumentation, VFDs and motor control.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily engineering work.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (read, written, spoken).
• Valid manual transmission driving license.
• Lives in Nablus or willing to relocate.

Bonus points

• Vibe coding / scripting skills (Python, JavaScript) for tooling and quick prototypes.
• Experience with water and wastewater automation projects.
• Knowledge of industrial networking and cybersecurity basics.
• Previous site commissioning experience.
