Job Purpose:

Crownox is seeking a highly capable Operations Officer to support day-to-day activities, a role designed for individuals looking for an exciting, demanding, and hands-on position within a dynamic security and risk management environment. Candidates aren’t required to already have experience in this line of work but should believe that they have the skills and qualities that would enable them to meet the requirements. We encourage both fresh graduates as well as those in their mid-careers to consider this role.

You will work closely with management to ensure the smooth execution of company operations. This includes coordinating logistics, communicating with teams on the ground, and maintaining clear communication with clients and their organizations throughout projects. The role requires strong organizational discipline, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

This role demands consistent engagement with clients and stakeholders through both face-to-face and online meetings, daily interaction, and proactive problem-solving; therefore, if you are not comfortable with relationship management and high-touch communication, this position may not be the right fit.
