الوصف الوظيفي:
Sustainable Engineering Solutions (SES), a multi-disciplinary consulting company, is seeking to recruit a highly qualified candidate for the role of Mechanical Supervision Engineer for the East Jerusalem Health Care Facilities (Al Makassad Hospital and Princess Basma Center), implemented under the USAID West Bank and Gaza Architecture and Engineering Services program.

Responsibilities
Supervise Mechanical construction works as per the contractual provisions and the design specifications. Ensure quantity/quality control and time schedule consistency.
Verify that Mechanical works are consistent with the project technical specifications and inform promptly of eventual deviations where required.
Provide regular supervision of the project work progress and quality for on time delivery. Ensure respect of Health and Safety procedures on the site and report any irregularity
Review of contractor technical submittals.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers in inspecting all Mechanical materials delivered to the project site, ensuring they meet the specification requirements and take corrective action where the quality of materials delivered does not meet the project technical specification requirements.
Check and verify the contractor payment.
Assess proposed changes to project plans and their impacts.
Identify construction challenges and develop solutions.
Participate in project commissioning and facilitate handover to clients.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in mechanical installations and services in buildings, such as HVAC including installation of medical gases, Firefighting, and plumbing works.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical standards, codes, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction.
High proficiency with computers, particularly Microsoft Office and construction management software packages.
Full proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience managing projects in a healthcare setting, including hospitals is considered an asset.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good knowledge of the Israeli Construction Code and International Construction Standards related to building works.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience with USAID is considered an asset.
Jerusalem ID is considered an asset.
Required Experience:

Over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, including at least 10 years as a Senior Mechanical Engineer specifically in building construction.
