الوصف الوظيفي:
Siniora Food Industries P.L.C. is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations within its manufacturing facility, ensuring maximum equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous production performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across the plant.
Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of production lines, utilities, and facility equipment.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies, systems, and annual maintenance plans to support operational goals.
Manage and develop maintenance teams, fostering a high-performance and safety-focused culture.
Oversee maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and resource planning to achieve cost-effective operations.
Lead equipment upgrades, engineering projects, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Lead and oversee engineering projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, quality, and food safety standards, as well as all applicable regulatory requirements.
Drive reliability improvement programs and optimize asset lifecycle management across the facility.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience managing maintenance operations in large manufacturing environments.
Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
Project management experience.
