Train-to-Hire Program -Full-Stack & Mobile Development

We are looking for motivated and passionate candidates to join our 3-month Train-to-Hire Program in Full-Stack and Mobile Development.

This program is designed for fresh graduates who want to strengthen their technical skills, gain hands-on experience, and start their careers in software development.

Candidates will work closely with experienced developers, participate in practical assignments, and contribute to real-world projects.

Job Description

As a trainee software developer, you will:

Learn and develop web applications using Python and Django.
Build and integrate REST APIs using Django REST Framework.
Develop interactive web interfaces using HTMX, Alpine.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Learn mobile application development using Flutter and Dart.
Work with relational databases and SQL.
Participate in software design, development, testing, and debugging.
Follow software engineering best practices, including Git, clean code, and code reviews.
Collaborate with the development team to solve technical challenges and deliver practical solutions.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical knowledge.
Good understanding of programming fundamentals and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Basic knowledge of Python or another programming language.
Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Good understanding of software development principles.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work hard, take responsibility, and accept feedback.
Passion for software development and continuous learning.
