Admin HR & Client Account Coordinator
in Ramallah
متطلبات الوظيفة:HR Tasks:
•Support the recruitment process by identifying candidates, assisting in shortlisting, interviewing, and issuing employment contracts.
•Assist with performance management procedures, generating reports, following up with the departments concerned to ensure finalization of the reviews and goal/objective setting.
•Support the HR assistant with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties; administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database, issue employment letters, managing company issued phone lines, resolving HR related issues, and coordination with the IT service provider.
•Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
•Process documentation and prepare reports relating to employee activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
•Coordinate HR projects and activities (meetings, training, surveys, staff events and activities etc.).
•Salary Administration: manage payroll preparation by reviewing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
•Communicate with public services when necessary; Social Security Departments, Ministries of Labor (across the region).
Client Account Tasks:
• Send welcoming emails to your clients and provide them with all relevant documentation, relevant information, and resources.
• Supervising the completion of documentation and assisting clients with the completion of paperwork to ensure delivery of a complete file to the processing department in Amman.
• Verifying the authenticity, validity, and completion of paperwork and supporting documents and being able to identify mistakes or missing documentation before sending it to the processing department in Amman.
• Scanning all documents to keep a backup record.
• Submitting documents on behalf of clients in one email to the processing department in Amman to avoid confusion and delay.
• Submitting all documents on behalf of clients via DHL to the processing department in Amman to avoid confusion and delay.
• Responsible for receiving clients’ passports via DHL from Amman office and responsible for signing a clearance document upon receipt.
• Regular follow up with the clients is required to gather all needed documents in time.
• Coordinator is responsible to collect clients’ signatures on
Accounting Role:
Manage client payments in parallel with accounting and quality assurance manager.
Maintain clear records and organized sheets of payments.
Transfer money deposits regularly according to accounting SOP and expectations.
