الوصف الوظيفي:
We are Mada Al Arab (in partnership with Triotech), delivering large-scale fiber optic and building connectivity projects across Palestine.

We are looking for a Site Engineer to supervise field execution of building access and fiber deployment works, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficient delivery.

Job Description
The Site Engineer will manage on-site operations, coordinate with contractors, ensure compliance with technical standards, and support the execution of telecom infrastructure projects in the field.

Key Responsivities
Supervise contractors and distribute work orders for field execution.
Oversee implementation of building access and fiber optic installation works.
Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate daily work with contractors and internal planning/technical teams.
Verify field execution data and ensure accurate system updates.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Review contractor claims and support financial settlements based on completed work.
Ensure adherence to company procedures, safety, and quality standards.
Resolve on-site technical issues within defined timelines.
Ensure consistency between field execution and system records (including addressing and technical data).
Follow up on network/subscriber faults and ensure timely resolution through contractors.
Ensure proper documentation of all work orders and maintenance activities in the system.
Coordinate with planning teams to resolve field discrepancies and update designs when required.
Support material control and contractor stock management.
Ensure all activities align with company strategy and service delivery objectives.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or GIS (Geographic Information Systems).
1–2 years of experience in site supervision or infrastructure/telecom projects.
Knowledge of fiber optic installation (FTTH / in-building connectivity) is preferred.
Ability to manage field operations and coordinate with contractors.
Strong reporting skills and proficiency in Excel.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in field environments and handle pressure.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in telecom or infrastructure rollout projects.
Familiarity with contractor payments and project quantities is a plus.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and field-oriented mindset.
