About PRCS:
The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) is an officially recognized independent Palestinian National Society. It enjoys legal personality and is part of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. The Society, which operates in Palestine and the diaspora, works in the field of humanitarian work, relief, health and social services.
Job Purpose:
Lead and direct the work of the Reference Centre, which will serve as an advanced technical and professional hub to support National Societies in disability inclusion across their humanitarian programs.
Responsibilities:
Follow and direct the preparation of the Centre’s strategic plan in coordination with the Steering Committee.
Develop and supervise the implementation of the Centre’s operational plans efficiently and effectively to achieve its objectives.
Ensuring compliance with professional standards, quality of service and adherence or agreed upon procedures and policies.
Taking leadership responsibility to ensure implementation according to the expected results and within the approved plan and budget, as well as ensuring the submission and quality of periodic reports.
Overseeing the development of clear and realistic tools to monitor and evaluate the implementation of the work plan based on indicators.
Manage the Centre’s human and financial resources.
Contribute to identifying the training needs of National Societies in the field of disability inclusion.
Supervise and contribute to the design and delivery of training programs for the National Societies’ staff to enhance disability inclusion in their programs and activities.
Overseeing and assisting in providing technical and advisory support to National Societies in the field of disability inclusion, in coordination with the Centre’s Technical Advisory Committee.
Ensuring the quality of all produced and utilized materials (training materials, manuals, policies and procedures, tools, and implementation and follow-up mechanisms).
Oversee the provision of technical and advisory support to National Societies on disability inclusion in coordination with the Advisory Working Group.
Supervise and contribute to the development of training tools and reference guides in various areas of the Centre’s work.
Oversee and contribute to the documentation and dissemination of success stories, good practices, and lessons learned.
Strengthen partnerships with relevant national, regional, and international institutions, including organizations for persons with disabilities, National Societies, research centers, and universities.
Introduce initiatives to address emerging needs.
Provide required technical consultations based on the needs of the relevant parties.

متطلبات الوظيفة:Qualifications and Experience:
Masters or Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
Documented experience of at least 5 years in rehabilitation programs and disability inclusion.
Experience in strategic planning and leading work teams.
Documented experience in developing programs, policies, and procedures related to disability inclusion.
Knowledge and familiarity with the rights of persons with disabilities as outlined in the CRPD.
Experience in managing financial and human resources.Skills:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and encourage team creativity and innovation.
Ability to identify team needs and develop plans to address them.
Skills in planning, monitoring, evaluation, and report preparation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with all relevant stakeholders.
Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
Effective financial resource management skills.
Advanced skills in leveraging technology to manage the Centre’s work, including remote trainings, digital learning materials, and other related tools.
Networking, coordination, and representation skills to represent the Centre with institutions and partners.
Fluency in Arabic and English is a must (reading, writing ,speaking)
High skills in preparing qualitative and quantitative reports
