Administrator / Office Manager
Reports to: Executive Director / Program Director
Role Overview: The Administrator / Office Manager is responsible for the overall management of office operations and human resources functions at Sabeel. This role ensures efficient administrative systems, supports staff and programs, and maintains compliance with organizational policies and local regulations. The position plays a key role in strengthening internal structures and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management & Administration
· Oversee daily office operations and ensure an efficient and well-functioning work environment
· Maintain office systems, supplies, and equipment
· Develop, implement, and update administrative policies and procedures
· Manage calendars, meetings, documentation, and internal coordination
· Coordinate procurement processes in line with organizational and donor policies
· Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers
Human Resources Management
· Manage HR functions, including recruitment processes, onboarding, and staff contracts
· Maintain and update personnel files (physical and digital)
· Track staff attendance, leave, and benefits
· Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies
· Support performance management processes, including evaluations and staff development plans
· Serve as a point of contact for staff concerns and internal HR matters
· Promote a healthy, respectful, and productive work environment
· Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communication
· Ensure proper filing, archiving, and document management systems
متطلبات الوظيفة:Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related field
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration and/or HR management
· Strong organizational and process management skills
· Knowledge of HR practices and local labor regulations
· Good financial literacy and administrative reporting skills
· Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
