Sabeel is a Christian movement rooted in Liberation Theology. We work to empower communities to pursue justice, peace, and equality through faith, nonviolence, and inclusivity. Inspired by the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, Sabeel promotes unity and active engagement for justice.

Role Summary

The M&E Officer will be responsible for tracking Sabeel’s project progress, assessing impact, and ensuring accountability and learning across two major projects.

Position: Part-time (50%)

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks

· Design data collection tools (surveys, interviews, indicators)

· Track project outputs, outcomes, and impact

· Analyze data and produce periodic reports

· Support project teams in integrating learning and improvements

· Ensure compliance with donor reporting requirements

· Document success stories and lessons learned

· Conducting planning and monitoring and evaluation workshops
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications

· Jerusalem ID required

· Degree in social sciences, development studies, or a related field (preferred)

· Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation

· Strong analytical and report-writing skills

· Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative data methods

· High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

· Excellent communication skills

Languages

· High proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

· Hebrew is an asset
