Sabeel is seeking motivated and committed professionals to join our team in supporting community-based initiatives, advocacy, and program development.

About Sabeel:

Sabeel is a Christian movement rooted in Liberation Theology. We work to empower communities to pursue justice, peace, and equality through faith, nonviolence, and inclusivity. Inspired by the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, Sabeel promotes unity and active engagement for justice.

The Project Coordinator will oversee the planning, implementation, and follow-up of Sabeel projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate day-to-day project implementation

· Develop work plans and track progress

· Liaise with partners, stakeholders, and community participants

· Organize events, workshops, and activities

· Prepare narrative reports and updates

· Support fundraising and proposal development as needed

· Ensure effective internal communication within the project team
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications

· Jerusalem ID preferred

· Excellent communication skills

· Degree in project management, social sciences, or a related field

· Background in Christian theology is an asset

· Experience in project coordination or management

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Languages

· High proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

· Hebrew is an asset
