الوصف الوظيفي:
- Will assist project coordinators and staff in identifying women beneficiaries, particularly those who have land suitable for establishing home gardens and participating in water-related activities.

- Providing hands-on technical support to selected households for the installation and operation of domestic water recycling systems, rainwater harvesting structures, and small-scale water storage solutions that support productive use of water.

- Supporting participating households in establishing home gardens and climate-smart agricultural practices, including soil preparation, water-efficient irrigation techniques, crop selection, and integrated water management.

- Delivering practical training sessions and demonstrations for households and community groups on installation and maintenance of water systems, climate-smart agriculture practices, and livelihood improvement techniques.

- Supporting implementation of conditional cash assistance mechanisms in close coordination with CRS team by:

- verifying eligibility and readiness of households to receive cash assistance;

- ensuring households receive technical orientation on system installation and materials needed;

- supporting beneficiaries to plan procurement of materials using the cash assistance;

- conducting post-installation verification visits to ensure that funds were used appropriately and that systems are properly installed.

- Facilitating community meetings, farmer learning sessions, and group trainings to strengthen adoption of project-supported practices.

- Conducting regular household visits to monitor progress of installations, provide troubleshooting support, and ensure proper maintenance of systems and livelihood activities.

- Collecting monitoring data and documenting progress of project activities, including adoption of practices and challenges encountered during implementation.

- Supporting community learning processes by identifying successful practices and sharing lessons with other households and groups.

- Supervise the Community Mobilizers and ensure monthly payment is based on actual working hours and level of effort.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources, or Community Development)

- 2–4 years of relevant field experience in agriculture, water management, or community-based development projects

- Proven experience in working directly with rural households and supporting vulnerable groups, especially women beneficiaries

- Experience in facilitating community meetings and supporting knowledge sharing among farmers and households

- Experience in supervising or coordinating community mobilizers or field assistants is an advantage
