الوصف الوظيفي:
- Providing overall technical and managerial oversight of project implementation.
- Ensuring that activities related to water access solutions, climate-smart agriculture practice livelihood initiatives are implemented in accordance with project objectives and timelines.
- Supervising project staff including coordinators, field officers and MEAL officer.
- Coordinating closely with RWDS leadership and CRS team to ensure alignment of implementation approaches and effective partnership management.
- Leading project planning processes including development and monitoring of the Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP).
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring achievement of outputs and outcomes.
- Managing project budget and ensuring compliance with CRS and RWDS financial and operational procedures.
- Leading reporting processes and documentation of lessons learned from pilot interventions.
- Representing the project with CRS in coordination meetings with local authorities, partners, and sector stakeholders.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Management, Agriculture, Engineering, Development Studies, or related)

-  Strong background in development or humanitarian projects

- Proven experience in end-to-end project management, from planning through implementation, monitoring, and closure.

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management, including leadership roles and supervision of teams, preferably within development or humanitarian sectors.

- Previous experience working with international NGOs or donor-funded projects (e.g., CRS) is highly desirable.

- Experience in key sectors, including:

Water access and water resource management
Climate-smart agriculture
Livelihoods and community development
- Demonstrated experience in supervising multidisciplinary teams, including coordinators, field officers, and MEAL staff.

- Strong experience in budget management, financial tracking, and donor reporting.
