الوصف الوظيفي:Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Senior Human Resources Manager for a Leading Company (100+ Employees), located in Ramallah, Palestine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic and Organizational Development
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business plans.
Partner with senior management to forecast workforce needs and design organizational structures that support growth and efficiency.
Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and retention.
Recruitment and Staffing
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.
Ensure that recruitment processes attract qualified, diverse candidates and reflect the organization’s values.
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
Performance Management and Employee Development
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems that promote continuous improvement and accountability.
Design and coordinate training and professional development programs to enhance employee competencies.
Identify high-potential employees and create succession planning frameworks for key positions.
Compensation and Benefits
Develop and administer competitive compensation structures and benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks and company policy.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits administration.
Conduct periodic salary and benefits reviews to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Employee Relations and Compliance
Promote a positive, transparent, and fair work environment through effective communication and employee relations management.
Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies and local labor laws.
Ensure full compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
HR Systems and Reporting
Manage and optimize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Prepare and present HR metrics and analytics to management, including turnover, absenteeism, and training effectiveness.

Proven track record managing HR functions within organizations of 100+ employees
Hands-on experience across core HR disciplines: recruitment, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and HR operations
Experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Prior exposure to workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
Years of experience:
A minimum of 10 years of overall experience, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR Management.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
A master’s degree/ or a professional certification is highly preferred.
Location:
Ramallah, Palestine.
Languages Required:
English & Arabic.
