الوصف الوظيفي:
*  Support rollout of MEAL tools in line with the project results framework and reporting requirements.

* Coordinate routine monitoring of activities including water solutions, homestead gardens agriculture, fodder pilots, and women’s and youth IGAs.

* Conduct regular field visits to verify reported data, document progress, and identify implementation challenges.

* Lead accurate, timely data collection, entry, cleaning and organization of monitoring datasets for CRS review.

* Support CRS-led learning and evaluation activities.

* Contribute to documentation of lessons learned and field-level adaptations and success stories.

* Support implementation and monitoring of community feedback and response mechanisms at RWDS level, ensuring confidentiality and timely referral in coordination with CRS and RWDS safeguarding focal points.

* Provide on-the-job coaching and support to RWDS project staff on practical MEAL tasks, data collection and use of data.

* Coordinate closely with the CRS MEAL team to ensure alignment with CRS standards, tools, reporting timelines, and learning priorities.

A Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
Agriculture or Agricultural Engineering
Agricultural Economics
Statistics
Economics
Business Administration
 any related field
 Experience & Skills

At least 3 years of relevant experience in MEAL, monitoring and evaluation, or data management
Experience working on agriculture, livelihoods, or rural development projects is a strong advantage
Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data collection tools.
Ability to conduct field visits and work directly with beneficiaries and local communities
Good documentation and reporting skills
