الوصف الوظيفي:
Arab Palestinian Investment Company (APIC) is seeking qualified professional for the position of Senior Internal Auditor at APIC Palestine.

Job description:
Ensure full adherence to internal audit policies, professional standards, and ethical requirements.
Lead and execute internal audit engagements, including planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, and reporting.
Develop audit programs and prepare high-quality audit working papers, including test plans, analysis, and conclusions.
Executing fieldwork in competent and professional manner through detailed audit working paper incorporating test schedules, and observations.
Identify and report process improvements, value-added observations for audited functions that help enhance operational effectiveness.
Conduct follow-up activities to make sure audit findings are resolved.
Review, evaluate and recommend updates to procedures, policies and systems of internal control and verify compliance.
Utilize audit tools, data analytics, and electronic working papers to enhance audit effectiveness.
Support mentoring and guidance of junior audit staff when assigned
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Accounting principles, practices, techniques and standards of financial reporting.
Knowledge of internal controls; auditing standards, practices and techniques.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
A or equivalent degree in accounting or a closely related field.
Professional certification such as CIA and/or CPA is a plus.
4 to 6 years of experience in an internal audit role.
Decent communication skills and strong analytical problem-solving skills
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
Proficiency in English language.
