الوصف الوظيفي:
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT support, with at least +1 year of experience. This role involves providing technical support to projects, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting in the implementation of IT projects.

Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Network Administration:
Configure and maintain network devices such as storage and servers, switches, and firewalls.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications:
+1 year of experience in IT support or networking.
Native/ Excellent English language.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience with MS365 platform, and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Knowledge of network security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
