Matkel is a growing building materials and industrial solutions company serving contractors, projects, suppliers, and businesses across the region.

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our Sales & Procurement team in Nablus.

Role Overview
The role combines Civil Engineering knowledge with sales, procurement, supplier sourcing, quotations, and customer follow-up.

You will communicate with customers, contractors, engineers, suppliers, and manufacturers to understand requirements, source suitable products, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and convert inquiries into successful orders.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up on customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and sales opportunities.
Understand technical specifications, quantities, and project requirements.
Prepare quotations and commercial offers.
Follow up with customers to convert quotations into confirmed orders.
Contact local and international suppliers and manufacturers.
Obtain pricing, availability, specifications, certificates, and delivery schedules.
Source new products and suitable suppliers.
Compare supplier offers technically and commercially.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding procurement, pricing, logistics, and delivery.
Maintain accurate customer, quotation, supplier, and follow-up records.
Develop knowledge of building materials and construction products.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Excellent Arabic communication skills.
Good spoken and written English.
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Confidence dealing with customers and suppliers.
Ability to understand technical specifications and learn products quickly.
Commercial mindset and interest in sales and procurement.
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, and online systems.
Ability to work full-time from our office in Nablus City.
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following is an advantage:

Building materials or construction
Sales or B2B sales
Procurement or supplier sourcing
Quotations, RFQs, or tenders
Customer or contractor communication
Excel or CRM systems
Salary & Commission
Monthly Salary: 2,000–2,500 ILS + Performance-Based Sales Commission

The starting salary will depend on qualifications, relevant experience, communication skills, technical understanding, and performance.

Sales commission and incentives are paid in addition to the fixed salary.

Paid Training & Evaluation
The first 1 month will be a paid training and evaluation period with a salary of 2,000 ILS.

Training will cover:
Matkel's products and procedures
Building materials
Customer communication
Quotations and RFQs
Sales follow-up
Supplier sourcing
Procurement and negotiation
Internal systems and workflow
Following successful completion of the first month, the fixed salary will be confirmed within the 2,000–2,500 ILS range.
