Qualifications:
Brand Awareness & High-Volume Sales: Proven track record in the FMCG sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
Residency: Resident of Ramallah or its surrounding villages.
Languages: Fluency in spoken and written English.
Brand Compliance: Ability to strictly follow global brand guidelines.
Creativity & Collaboration:Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and contribute innovative ideas.
Campaign Management: Experience in managing product launches, trade and consumer promotions, and digital campaigns.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market research, marketing techniques, and data analysis methods.
Organization: Strong organizational and task management skills
Communication: Strong professional presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Financial Acumen: Experience allocating and tracking marketing budgets (A&P) to ensure maximum ROI for all activities.
Job Skills:

Cross-Functional Alignment: Working closely with Sales, Media, and Supply Chain teams to align marketing efforts with product availability and sales targets.
Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strategic Thinking: Analytical and innovative thinking skills to achieve organizational success in a dynamic, changing market environment.
Relationship Building: Effective communication skills to build a strong network of relationships with clients and partners.
Market Intelligence: Ability to monitor the market and track competitors in the field.
