Location Nablus, Palestine — residency in Nablus required

Employment Type Part-Time

Contract Term 10 months (renewable)

Reports To Executive Director

About the Role
Art to Heart (A2H) is growing its earned income and individual donor base as part of a multi-year sustainability strategy. The Officerwill lead donor relations, fundraising campaigns, the Friends of A2H Network, and community and institutional partnerships in Nablus and beyond, working closely with the Executive Director and a dedicated fundraising mentor during the first six months.

Key Responsibilities
Build and steward relationships with individual and institutional donors
Plan and run fundraising campaigns and grow the Friends of A2H network
Develop community partnerships with schools, businesses, and organizations
Identify institutional funding opportunities and draft concept notes and proposals
Support income-generating channels for A2H products and services
Organize fundraising events and contribute to donor communications
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in fundraising, business development, sales, or community engagement (NGO experience preferred)
Proven experience building donor, client, or partner relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
Experience writing concept notes or funding proposals for local or international donors
