Masrouji Group is seeking a highly qualified Talent Development & Employee Experience Officer.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Professional HR certifications (preferred).

Experience

3–5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Employee Experience, or Human Resources.

Experience in coordinating training programs and employee development initiatives.

Experience in organizing employee engagement activities.

Experience working with HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
