As our portfolio of clients continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive, creative, and client-focused Digital Marketing Specialist / Account Manager to join our team.

Position Digital Marketing Specialist / Account Manager
 
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with clients' objectives and brand positioning.
Manage assigned client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Coordinate campaign planning, timelines, deliverables, and communication between clients and internal creative teams.
Plan, schedule, and oversee content across digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms.
Monitor campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
Prepare monthly performance reports, providing insights, recommendations, and optimization strategies.
Collaborate closely with designers, videographers, photographers, and copywriters to ensure high-quality content delivery.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and contribute to long-term marketing success.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, account management, or a related role.
Strong command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, content planning, audience targeting, and performance marketing.
Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.
Experience working in a creative agency or marketing environment is highly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
