Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Engineer with hands-on experience in solar and battery energy storage systems. You will work primarily in the field, supporting system installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance while assisting senior engineers with project execution. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your career in renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site installation, assembly, and commissioning of solar and BESS systems
Assist senior engineers with system design reviews and technical assessments
Conduct field inspections and site surveys for solar and BESS installations
Support electrical connections, wiring, and system integration at client sites
Prepare basic technical documentation and site reports
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance during installation and testing phases
Assist with SCADA system setup and BMS configuration under senior engineer supervision
Support client training on basic system operation and maintenance
Maintain detailed records of installation progress and technical specifications
Ensure safety compliance and adherence to best practices during installations
Coordinate with installation teams and clients for project timelines
Assist in preparing basic technical drawings and documentation
Travel to client sites across North, Middle, and South regions of the West Bank
Support preventive maintenance and system diagnostics in the field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with system troubleshooting and diagnostics
Familiarity with basic AutoCAD or technical drawing software
Knowledge of SCADA systems and basic BMS operation
Training or certification in renewable energy systems
Experience with electrical safety protocols and standards
Previous experience working on commercial/industrial energy projects
Problem-solving ability and technical aptitude
Technical Competencies

Solar photovoltaic system installation and troubleshooting
Basic BESS/ESS principles and operation
Electrical wiring and connections
Site assessment and inspection
Reading technical drawings and specifications
Basic technical documentation
Understanding of safety protocols and electrical hazards
Field measurement and diagnostics tools usage
Basic knowledge of SCADA and BMS systems
