الوصف الوظيفي:The Child Protection Technical Lead is responsible to provide overall strategic and technical leadership, guidance, coaching and quality oversight of World Vision’s child protection programming in the West Bank. This role guides World Vision’s overall direction and technical implementation to child protection, ensuring alignment to inter-agency Child Protection Minimum Standards, World Vision International’s technical approaches and standards, and the priorities of the Child Protection Area of Responsibility (AoR). The technical lead is responsible for supporting the technical design of programming and proposal development, leadership and/or facilitation of technical trainings to staff and partners, ongoing coaching, quality assurance through field programming monitoring, leading technical reflection and learning, and representation/engagement with the cluster system, UNICEF, relevant government ministries and child protection partners.
متطلبات الوظيفة:At least 5 years of work experience in areas closely related to Child Protection/Child well-being programming with nongovernment and development organizations in the West Bank required.
At least 3 years of experience in a coordination position with a significant role of external representation/engagement as well as management of relations within complex large organizations.
Experience with program implementation at community level involving multiple stakeholders from local communities to governorate level, including village councils, local government.
Prior experience with working with the Ministry of Social Development and Ministry of Education preferred.

Experience in child protection and safeguarding protocols highly preferred.
Strong experience in networking and developing local partnerships
Proficiency in English with excellent writing skills
Computer literacy; Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Integrity and strong identification with WV Core Values
Driving license and legal qualification, ability and willingness to drive in the West Bank
University degree required, Masters degree or professional qualification in psychology strongly preferred
