As our projects continue to grow, we are expanding the Dragon family and looking for a Videographer – Editor Specialist to join our creative team.

Position: Videographer – Editor Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Videographer – Editor Specialist who can handle both on-ground video production and post-production editing. The ideal candidate is comfortable shooting high-quality footage and editing short and long-form content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve (proficiency in one or more is required). This role requires strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to deliver polished content under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Shoot high-quality video content for commercials, social media, reels, interviews, and documentaries.
Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling short and long-form videos (ads, promos, reels, podcast content).
Apply storytelling techniques through pacing, transitions, effects, and visual rhythm.
Perform basic sound design, audio syncing, color correction, and color grading using Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
Use CapCut and similar tools to create optimized content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
Collaborate closely with designers, account managers, and creative leads to maintain brand consistency.
Adapt content to platform-specific formats and trends.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and production schedules.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications
Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio/showreel required).
Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and/or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects is a plus).
Strong understanding of camera operation, framing, lighting, and composition.
Solid knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression for digital platforms.
Basic to intermediate audio editing and sound mixing skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling ability.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
