Baladi Group is looking for a hands-on Restaurant Training & Operations Supervisor who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and be present in daily operations. This role is ideal for a chef or restaurant professional with leadership and management skills who understands people, training, and real kitchen and floor operations.
The role focuses on training, employee tracking, operational follow-up, and maintaining standards across our fast-food and restaurant branches.
Main Responsibilities
Support recruitment and hiring of restaurant staff
Review CVs, make phone calls, and schedule interviews
Train new employees and support on-the-job training
Track employees (attendance, training status, onboarding, roles)
Ensure staff follow procedures and brand standards
Be present in kitchens and branches when needed
Conduct regular operational checks and simple audits
Identify training gaps and provide corrective training
Report staffing, training, and operational updates to management
متطلبات الوظيفة:What We’re Looking For
Experience in fast-food or restaurant operations
Chef, shift manager, or restaurant supervisor background is a strong advantage
Experience leading teams
Comfortable working both in the field and administratively
Strong sense of responsibility and follow-up
Good communication and leadership skills
Organized and able to track employees and records
Ambitious and motivated to grow with the company
