الوصف الوظيفي:Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential new clients and buyers.
- Explain vehicle features, accessories, and services to promote brand loyalty.
- Maintain and service existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships throughout all phases of the sales cycle.
- Oversee online inquiries, transactions, and digital sales activities.
- Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Assist customers with complaints or inquiries regarding products, services, or purchases.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and margin targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Provide customers with accurate budgets, payment plans, and delivery timelines.
- Draft contracts and oversee all purchase agreements using Laserfiche and CDK systems.
- Manage pricing, sales data, and prepare activity reports.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and updates.
- Stay updated on current market changes, trends, and competitor activities.
- Attend relevant trainings, seminars, and conferences to stay informed about industry developments.
- Handle and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with new and existing clients.
- Maintain a friendly and engaging personality to foster positive client interactions.
- Listen actively to understand customer needs and resolve concerns effectively.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Knowledge & Experience:
Minimum of two years of experience in sales.
Certifications in communication or sales skills (preferred).
Skills & Abilities:
Strong customer communication skills.
Public speaking and presentation skills.
Negotiation and persuasion skills.
Active listening and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage and engage with a diverse customer base.
