Job Summary

Baladi Group is seeking an ambitious, driven, and people-oriented Training &
Recruitment Officer who is looking to grow and develop within a dynamic organization.
This role supports our expanding portfolio of international food franchises and focuses on
recruitment, structured training, and maintaining high operational standards across our fast-
food and restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, screen, and evaluate CVs
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant managers
- Support manpower planning for existing and new outlets
- Draft, implement, and maintain training plans for international food franchises
- Develop and update operational policies & procedures
- Ensure all required trainings are delivered according to brand standards
- Track, document, and securely maintain all training records
- Monitor training completion and effectiveness
- Conduct frequent quality audits to ensure operational and service standards are upheld
- Identify training gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate refresher or corrective training when needed
- Maintain accurate recruitment and training documentation
- Prepare regular reports for management on recruitment status, training progress, and
audit outcomes

Requirements & Qualifications

- Previous experience in the fast-food industry(mandatory)
- Previous experience managing a large fast-food restaurant branch
- Proven experience in managing people and teams
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, CV screening, and interviewing
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Pleasant personality with strong leadership presence
- Ambitious mindset with a clear desire for professional growth
- Experience working with international food franchises is a strong advantage
