We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team in Ramallah & Al-Bireh, Palestine. The candidate will play a key role in attracting, identifying, and placing top talent while supporting broader employment projects and initiatives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities, with strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Contract: Full-time / Permanent
Reporting to: Head of Recruitment

Develop and publish job postings and recruitment advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
Review, screen, and evaluate CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct phone or in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the position.
Schedule and coordinate interviews as directed by the line manager.
Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with active candidates and potential future talent.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
Support and contribute to other employment-related projects, including talent matching and candidate placement initiatives.
Support and participate in professional profiling and CV writing services.
Stay up to date with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
متطلبات الوظيفة:Special Requirements & Skills:
Hands-on experience or knowledge in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of hiring processes and recruitment lifecycle stages.
Good awareness of various organizational structures, job levels, industries, and sectors.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders is an advantage.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
Coaching and guidance skills to junior candidates (guidance on interviews, CVs, and career paths) is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in English.
High attention to detail with a proactive and eager-to-learn mindset.
Years of experience:
2-4 Years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or employment project coordination.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
Location:
On-site, Sateh Marhaba, Al-Bireh, Palestine.
Languages Required:
Fluent in English & Arabic.
