Juzoor is seeking a motivated and committed Field Coordinator to support the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of assigned projects at the community level under the GFFO project. The Field Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring effective engagement with target communities, supporting project activities, monitoring progress, and contributing to reporting and learning processes.
The position requires strong communication skills, field coordination experience, and the ability to work closely with community members, partners, and internal teams.
3. Key Responsibilities
This position key responsibilities will:
Include coordination with key stakeholders and actors in the area to facilitate partnerships and smooth implementation.
Responsibilities also cover beneficiary registration, verification, and participation according to project criteria and standards.
Support compliance with donor requirements, including documentation, reporting, and adherence to operational and financial guidelines.
Include security and safety procedures and outlining responsibilities for field staff protection.
3.1 Project Implementation and Community Engagement
Support the implementation and coordination of assigned projects at the field level in line with approved work plans.
Conduct community awareness sessions and campaigns to introduce communities to Juzoor’s vision, mission, and project objectives, fostering community ownership and participation.
Assist in organizing and implementing project activities, events, and interventions in collaboration with community-based organizations and local stakeholders.
Function as a trainer in thematic areas where Training of Trainers (ToT) certification has been obtained.
3.2 Monitoring, Reporting, and Coordination
Monitor implementation of field activities against approved work plans, budgets, indicators, and expected results.
Develop detailed periodic activity plans as required by the Project Manager.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports highlighting achievements, challenges, lessons learned, and proposed solutions.
Participate in weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc programme meetings to share progress, experiences, and lessons learned.
Conduct follow-up field visits for monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment.
3.3 Administrative and Logistical Support
Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, forums, and other learning or exchange events.
Support logistical arrangements for field activities, including material distribution, volunteer coordination, transportation, and hospitality arrangements.
Ensure that all project-related documentation and paperwork are accurately prepared and submitted to management and finance departments in a timely manner.
Ensure all administrative practices comply with applicable Palestinian laws and Juzoor procedures.
3.4 Other Duties
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager or Unit Director to support project objectives.
4. Working Code and Safeguarding
Adhere at all times to Juzoor’s Code of Conduct and organizational rules and regulations.
Promote partnerships based on shared values, transparency, mutual respect, and accountability.
Maintain close engagement with target communities and grassroots organizations.

5. Required Qualifications and Experience
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project cycle management and Results-Based Management (RBM).
Knowledge and basic experience in Monitoring and Evaluation.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to travel within the West Bank as required.
Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of outputs.
