الوصف الوظيفي:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Officer with strong organizational and coordination skills, capable of managing day-to-day logistics and procurement activities in a fast-paced operational environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to compliance with organizational and donor regulations, while effectively supporting programme implementation through timely and efficient logistics services.
Generic Responsibilities:
Implement delegated logistic functions portfolio according to Plan of Action.
Conduct and follow up daily operational logistic activities.
Support the administration of resources so that deliverables are achieved within set budgets, timelines, and standards.
Support in development of SOPs as requested.
Ensure proper filing of all support documents.
Specific responsibilities:
Accountable for ensuring the fulfilment of the procurement process in line with NRC handbooks and SOPs and donor SOPs and regulations.
Responsible for helping maintain an accurate and up-to-date supplier information database for regularly purchased items, and information about local market conditions.
Responsible for ensuring supporting documentation is prepared and submitted in line with NRC SOPs and NRCs Securing Supporting Documentation SOP.
Consult, liaise and update in a timely manner with the relevant programme departments regarding delivery of supplies, keeping all parties informed of any changes.
Responsible for ensuring Unit4 Procurement (NRC Procurement system) is maintained and is available for distribution to managers on a weekly and monthly basis.
Responsible for ensuring that procurement files are completed and prepared for timely payments of procured goods and services.
Responsible to maintain an accurate and up-to-date Procurement Tracker/ Unit4 (status of PO/PR/Contracts /Waivers).

Experience from working as a logistic officer in a humanitarian/recovery context.
Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts.
Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities.
Good communication & interpersonal skills are required.
Context Related Skills, Knowledge And Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics or procurement management
Professional level of English and Arabic, Hebrew is an asset.
Previous knowledge of logistics operations, procurement processes, asset management, and fleet management.
Experience in compliance with organizational and donor requirements and maintaining high standards of accountability.
