Position Overview
The Entrepreneurship Program Manager is responsible for managing, supporting, and guiding a portfolio of startups as they navigate their growth journey. This role is highly founder-facing and requires technical understanding, business acumen, and the ability to challenge, advise, and empower startups. The role also includes managing, coordinating with, and supporting hub managers in Nablus, Hebron, and Gaza

This is a dynamic, impactful role ideal for someone who combines strong startup experience, people management skills, and the ability to guide founders with clarity and confidence

Key Responsibilities
1. Founder and Startup Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for startups participating in Intersect’s programs.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of product development and the different stages of the startup journey and advice startups accordingly.
Identify technical and business needs and coordinate with mentors for specialized support.
Support founders in setting and achieving realistic milestones and follow up on progress.
Provide feedback on pitch decks, business models, and support accordingly.
Identify startups that are progressing well, plateauing, or facing critical issues.
Serve as the primary point of contact for startups participating in Intersect’s programs.
2. Technical and Business Insight
Leverage your understanding of product development and tech concepts to help founders prioritize effectively.
Support startups in validating assumptions, improving user experience, and refining their business model.
Help founders interpret KPIs and financial indicators and help translate them into clear next steps.
Connect startups with specialized mentors when needed.
3. Program Design and Implementation
Contribute to designing and improving program components.
Lead the planning and execution of hubs activities across the hubs including workshops, mentoring sessions, and community events.
Coordinate with trainers, mentors, and experts to ensure high-quality, relevant sessions.
Ensure startups’ progress is well-documented and reflected in program systems and reports.
Capture learnings from each cycle and use them to refine and improve program offerings.
Identify and manage relevant partnership in support of Intersect’s entrepreneurship programs and founders.
Data, Reporting, and Insights
Ensure startups submit accurate and timely updates on relevant KPIs.
Provide insights and summaries on startup performance.
Identify recurring challenges across the portfolio and recommend improvements.
Draft program reports in coordination with relevant team members.
Cross-Functional
Contributes to the development of annual and program-specific budgets for entrepreneurship, incubation, and hub activities. Monitor assigned budgets and coordinate with the Programs Director and Operations Director on spending forecasts, reallocations, and compliance.
Represent Intersect, as requested, in local and regional ecosystem events and stakeholder meetings.
Coordinate with the Communication and Outreach Officer to provide program updates, highlight success stories, and plan social media content.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or related fields.
8+ years of experience, of which 3+years of experience are in:a tech startup (product, operations, engineering, or growth), or
an accelerator/incubator, or
startup/SME consulting.
Strong preference for candidates with a technical or product development background.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to challenge founders constructively with empathy and clarity.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Strong understanding of startup KPIs, customer strategy, and revenue models.
Ability to manage multiple startups simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Organized and detail-oriented, with strong documentation and reporting skills.
