الوصف الوظيفي:
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client goals, brand voice, and target audience.
Develop monthly content plans and social media strategies tailored to each client.
Coordinate between creative, content, and production departments.
Content & Strategy
Develop social media calendars, campaign ideas, and innovative content directions.
Monitor competitors, trends, and analytics to enhance performance.
Ensure consistent brand messaging.
Execution & Reporting
Oversee posting schedules and ensure timely delivery of content.
Track performance across platforms and prepare monthly analytical reports.
Present insights and recommendations to clients.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with designers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers.
Help manage production schedules for shoots and campaigns.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Must be based in Ramallah.
Preferably owns a car for client meetings and on-site coordination.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or creative agency.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ready to join immediately.
Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-moving projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic & English
Having a laptop is a plus
