Job Vacancy: Commercial Manager – Leading Pharmaceutical Company in Palestine

A leading company in Palestine specializing in the supply of pharmaceuticals and medical products is looking to hire a Commercial Manager with strong leadership skills and proven experience to drive growth, lead teams, and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities: 
- Develop and implement strategic long- and short-term plans to meet business goals.

- Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and field activity coordination.

- Oversee budget management and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

- Coach and develop team members to enhance skills, performance, and ethical standards.

- Collaborate with the medical and marketing teams to deliver targeted results in the assigned territory.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase market share and achieve sales targets.

- Work cross-functionally to ensure the effective execution of brand strategies and timely response to market dynamics.

- Ensure full compliance with local laws, company policies, and ethical codes of conduct

Identify and develop new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders.

- Foster an innovative and high-performance work environment to build competitive advantage.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications & Experience : 

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (MBA is a plus).

- At least 8 years of experience in commercial, sales, or marketing roles, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership position within the pharmaceutical or medical supply sector.

- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a track record of managing teams and delivering results.

- Deep understanding of the local market, with excellent relationship-building and partnership management skills.

- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
