Job Opening: Account Manager | Account Executive
Position Type: Full-Time.
 
Job Overview:
Elevate Agency is looking for a talented Account Manager/Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have solid experience across various aspects of marketing, including strategy & planning, social media management, creative copywriting, production, and client management. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & planning:
•⁠ ⁠Craft comprehensive brand strategies that align with client objectives.
•⁠ ⁠Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
•⁠ ⁠Analyze market trends and performance metrics to refine strategies for optimal results.
 
2. Social Media Management:
•⁠ ⁠Oversee and grow social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
•⁠ ⁠Manage daily postings, community engagement, and story creation to foster audience interaction.
•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
•⁠ Manage paid ads planning, budgeting and execution.
 
3. Creative copywriting:
•⁠ ⁠Produce engaging and innovative copy in both English and Arabic.
•⁠ ⁠Conceptualize and develop creative ideas that resonate with target audiences.
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
 
4. Content Production:
•⁠ ⁠Direct content production efforts, collaborating with content creators to develop high-quality materials.
•⁠ ⁠Stay updated on industry trends to continually enhance content quality and relevance.
 
5. Client Management:
•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
•⁠ ⁠Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and project updates.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications:
•⁠ Solid experience in marketing, advertising, social media, account management or a related field.
•⁠ ⁠Demonstrated expertise in strategy & planning, social media management, creative copywriting, production, and client management.
•⁠ Strong attention to detail, guaranteeing high-quality work that is free of errors.
•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
•⁠ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in English and Arabic.
 
Experience Required: 3-5 Years for the account manager position | 1-2 years for the account executive position.
