To further enhance its mission, JAIPCO is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing and Public Relations Officer to join its team in Jericho. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies, managing public relations activities, and fostering relationships with stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Business Development:

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company's visibility, attract new investors, and promote JAIP as a leading agro-industrial hub.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, identify target markets, and understand tenants' needs, using insights to refine marketing initiatives.
Coordinate and participate in promotional events, trade shows, exhibitions, and business forums to enhance brand recognition and establish strategic partnerships.
Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media updates, to effectively communicate JAIPCO’s value proposition.
Public Relations & Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and effective messaging to all stakeholders.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants, investors, government agencies, and industry influencers.
Prepare, negotiate, and review contracts, agreements, and amendments with tenants and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, compliance, and mutual benefit.
Draft and edit press releases, corporate announcements, and media statements to enhance the company’s reputation and public presence.
Coordinate and oversee corporate visits, delegation tours, and networking events with local and international partners.
Administrative & Office Management:

Support daily office operations by scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records to ensure efficient workflow.
Manage and maintain a well-documented filing system for company correspondence, legal documents, letters, and emails to facilitate easy retrieval and record-keeping.
Monitor project deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks while adapting to shifting priorities and organizational needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an industrial, commercial, or real estate development environment.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Solid negotiation skills with experience in preparing and reviewing contracts and agreements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital marketing tools is desirable.
