Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of assigned projects, ensuring they align with Sharek Youth Forum’s mission and objectives. The role requires strong organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including youth, partners, and donors.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of project activities in accordance with work plans and budgets.
Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with stakeholders, including youth participants, community partners, donors, and government entities, to ensure effective project implementation.
M&E: Track project progress, document key achievements, and prepare reports for management and donors.
Youth Engagement: Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and events that empower youth participation and leadership.
Budget & Resource Management: Ensure proper allocation and use of project resources, adhering to organizational and donor requirements.
Problem-Solving & Adaptation: Address challenges and adapt project strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role with NGOs.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in proposal writing and donor reporting is an asset.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Strong computer skills, including MS Office and project management tools.
