PFPPA is seeking a Consultant for Updating PFPPA By-Laws and Developing Separate Manuals for Finance, Human Resources, Administration, and Programs) 

The Palestinian Family Planning & Protection Association (PFPPA) is seeking to recruit a consultant to update the association's by-laws to be comprehensive, exhaustive, and fully compliant with national, international standards. In addition, to develop detailed manuals for Finance, HR, Administration, and Programs.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
The consultant(s) should have the following qualifications:

Proven experience in developing organizational comprehensive bylaws and operation manuals, with a deep understanding of legal/national requirements. 
Extensive experience in developing manuals for finance, HR, administration, and programs for non-profit organizations.
Expertise in international standards in operations, finance, HR, and programs.
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, exhaustive, and user-friendly documents.
Ability to engage stakeholders and incorporate feedback in a collaborative manner.
