متطلبات الوظيفة:
Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries.
Managing and archiving customer files.
Handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or any other related field.
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Collaborating effectively with the team spirit.
Experience:

1–2 years of experience in a related position.
Prior experience in customer service or any related position is a plus.
- الرد على استفسارات العملاء.
- إدارة وأرشفة ملفات العملاء.
- التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء وتقديم حلول فعّالة.

المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، المالية، الإحصاء أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- استخدام الكمبيوتر وبرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Excel، Word، Outlook).
- التعاون بروح الفريق.

الخبرة:
- من 1 إلى 2 سنوات من الخبرة في وظيفة ذات صلة.
- الخبرة السابقة في خدمة العملاء أو في وظيفة ذات صلة  تعتبر ميزة.
