الوصف الوظيفي:
FALAK Solutions is seeking an experienced ERP Implementer with a robust background as an accountant or finance professional and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation and optimization of our ERP system to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee ERP system implementation projects.
Configure and customize ERP systems to meet business needs.
Train and support end-users on ERP functionalities.
Ensure data integrity during migration from legacy systems.
Analyze and improve existing business processes.
Develop and maintain documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience as an accountant or in finance, with a comprehensive understanding of financial processes and principles.
ERP Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with SQL or other database management tools is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
Familiarity with business process mapping and improvement techniques.
Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
