الوصف الوظيفي:
Sustainable Engineering Solutions (SES), a multi-disciplinary consulting company, is seeking to recruit a highly qualified candidate for the role of Electro-Mechanical Supervision Engineer for Jenin Wastewater Treatment System and Reuse Scheme Project, implemented under the USAID West Bank and Gaza Architecture and Engineering Services program.

Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with team members to implement, and manage mechanical and electrical systems.
Oversee and guide staff in executing various mechanical and electrical tasks.
Assist engineering with review of subcontractor technical submittals for mechanical and electrical works.
Participate in construction approval and inspection activities of mechanical and electrical works, liaising closely with engineering and Quality Assurance (QA) personnel and ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) measures are implemented within construction activities.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers in inspecting all mechanical and electrical materials delivered to the project site, ensuring they meet the specification requirements and take corrective action where the quality of materials delivered does not meet the project technical specification requirements
Supervise the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and contractual obligations.
Oversee the testing and commissioning of mechanical and electrical equipment and systems upon installation completion, and prepare commissioning and client handover reports
Check and verify the contractor payment relating mechanical and electrical works.
Assess proposed changes to project plans and their impacts relating mechanical and electrical works.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Minimum Requirements:

Solid working experience in electrical, mechanical and operation for infrastructure projects, preferably in the wastewater sector
Proven experience in technical management of electrical and mechanical works.
Ability to manage and mentor electrical and mechanical inspectors;
Effective communication with client’s project team;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong analytical skills, reporting, follow up, budget control, etc.;
Fluent in Arabic, excellent English speaking and writing skills.
 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent related field
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong skills in building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Experience with USAID is considered an asset.
Required Experience:

Over 15 years of experience in the electromechanical industry focused on infrastructure projects, including at least 10 years of proven expertise in electro-mechanical engineering and operations, preferably in the wastewater sector, including experience on projects of a similar size and scope.
