الوصف الوظيفي:
Sustainable Engineering Solutions (SES), a multi-disciplinary consulting company, is seeking to recruit a highly qualified candidate for the role of Sewer & Reuse Inspector for Jenin Wastewater Treatment System and Reuse Scheme Project, implemented under the USAID West Bank and Gaza Architecture and Engineering Services program.

Responsibilities
Perform detail, on-site inspection of construction of sanitary sewers, reuse networks, force mains, and various drainage facilities to ensure compliance with the design plans and specifications.
Coordinate daily site activities with contractors and suppliers.
Conduct regular inspections for compliance with design, safety, and environmental standards.
Ensure contractor work meets company quality standards and approved plans.
Monitor construction activities for adherence to codes and specifications.
Provide support to resolve site issues and ensure timely progress.
Assess contractor work and recommend payments.
Maintain records and compile periodic reports as required.
Verify accuracy of Taking Off Sheets and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in reviewing submittals and shop drawings for compliance, providing necessary feedback.
Create daily reports on inspections, progress, and issues encountered.
Offer technical guidance to construction crews to ensure project compliance.
Identify and report construction deficiencies and safety hazards.
Collaborate with the Construction Supervision Engineer and Project Manager on issues.
Oversee testing and commissioning.
Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Minimum Requirements:

Solid experience in supervising the construction of water and sewer conveyance and treatment projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Required Experience:

Minimum 8 years practical experience working in site supervision of which 6 years in the water and/or sewer field with direct experience inspecting the installation of water and sewer conveyance and treatment projects.
